You can call me Sookz.

I’m many things—brother, son, mentor, artist, lover, friend, warrior, and an ancient soul. My journey is driven by one core purpose: to be a catalyst for others to embody their fullest potential by embodying my own. Born in Montreal, Canada, with roots tracing back to Northern India, I’ve been passionate about spirituality since I was 8 years old. However, it was a near-death experience that transformed this passion into my life’s work.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege to learn from world-renowned channelers, psychics, energy masters, sound healers, entrepreneurs, and founders. For the past 14 years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering flow states and helping others unlock their inner power, strengthen intuitive gifts, and manifest lives filled with alignment and fulfillment. With a degree in Sound Technology and certification in mindfulness, I combine ancient wisdom with modern techniques to guide my clients.

My teachings focus on bringing fragmented energy back to wholeness. Meditation became my core practice, as it delivered the most transformative results in my own life—helping me achieve true flow and harmonize the masculine and feminine energies within. Everything I’ve struggled with, I’ve alchemized through these practices, and it’s this wisdom I now pass on to my clients.

Today, I guide visionary founders and creatives through a unique 3-12 month process called Flow Mastery. This journey is designed to reconnect individuals with their authentic energy by cultivating stillness and inner alignment. Through my music, I aim to elevate your mood and bring you into a state of flow.
